Shorts Factory is private, experimental, personal-use software operated by its owner. It is not offered as a public service.

YouTube Terms

Shorts Factory uses YouTube API Services. By using Shorts Factory's YouTube features, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Content uploaded through Shorts Factory must comply with the YouTube Community Guidelines and all applicable YouTube policies.

Authorized use

The application is intended only for use by its owner with media and online accounts the owner is authorized to access. The owner controls which Google account and YouTube channel are authorized and may revoke access at any time through Google Account permissions.

Publishing responsibility

The owner is responsible for reviewing content before publication; selecting accurate title, description, visibility, schedule, and Made-for-Kids settings; and complying with applicable laws, platform rules, copyright requirements, and music licenses. Shorts Factory performs no YouTube upload without a separate upload authorization and an explicit, single-use publishing approval.

Privacy

Use of YouTube API Services is also governed by the Shorts Factory Privacy Policy. Google's collection, use, and protection of information are described in the Google Privacy Policy.

No warranty

Shorts Factory is experimental software and is provided for the owner's private use without guarantees of uninterrupted operation or error-free output.
